Alex is a Design-Build Licensed Architect, member of the AIA, NCARB, and is a LEED Accredited Professional. He is an active participant in various Chicago-land associations, social and community groups and his experience includes a wide range of commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential projects of various complexities. This range of experience makes him uniquely qualified and positioned to lead the design | management | execution of projects on a design/build basis or as one member of a project team. Alex believes that strong client/design-build relationships, and ones that are based on trust and understanding, result in better architecture, in general, which further result in achieving clients' ultimate goals and objectives.

Dylan has a wide range of project experience in the AEC industry, focusing on the design and construction of large-scale Infrastructure, Aviation, Transportation, and Industrial projects, as well as smaller-scale Hospitality, Science & Technology, Mixed Use, and Residential projects. He earned an undergraduate Architecture degree at the Savannah College of Art and Design and Master of Architecture and Master of Construction Management degrees at Washington University in St. Louis. In his career, he has worked as a designer and in various project management roles on all project phases, from Initial Programming through Construction Administration. Dylan takes pride in and enjoys learning about all aspects of the AEC industry, and values the importance of collaboration between the various stakeholders on any given project.

Adrian has nearly 17 years of experience in the architectural design and interior environments. His experience ranges from small to large corporate, residential, education, and hospitality projects. As a project architect and designer, he is responsible for building a concept in a collaborative environment while maintaining a focused effort on its execution. Adrian’s extensive background in all aspects of the design and construction phases of a project ensures that the design vision established at the outset of a project remains in focus throughout the process.
